Shipping & Returns


We ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones.

0 - 1.5 kg         →     USA + rest of world  USD  $14   /  UK   £9
1.6 - 4.5 kg     →     USA + rest of world  USD  $35   /  UK   £20
4.6 - 7.5 kg     →     USA + rest of world  USD  $70   /  UK   £40
7.5 kg +           →      FREE

When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected. 


As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our studio in New Delhi, India within 1-2 working days unless otherwise stated in the product description. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.

Orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number. We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. 

Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday, and will be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though in practice they usually arrive within 3 working days. 


To make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we have arranged for Fedex/UPS/DHL to customs clear your goods and deliver them to your doorstep. We try to ensure that no additional duties or taxes will be charged. However as as these vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility. 


We really hope that you’re happy with your XXXX purchase. If, however, you are unhappy or if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us athello@XXX as soon as possible. We will offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. 

We are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Safomasi, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item/s, the refund will be initiated. Refunds are subject to a 3.75% processing fee which is charged by our payment gateway and unfortunately cannot be avoided.

Please note that minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic hand made and hand printed nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.
